Terms of Use (EULA)

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using Impasto Lab ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Use of the Community features is additionally subject to the content rules below.

2. License

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.

3. Community content rules — zero tolerance

Impasto Lab has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation:

• hate speech or discrimination of any kind,
• harassment, threats or bullying,
• sexual or sexually suggestive content,
• gore, violence or shocking content,
• illegal content or content promoting illegal activity,
• spam, scams and deliberately misleading content.

Any violation results in removal of the content and may result in permanent removal of the offending account from the Community.

4. Moderation and reporting

• All text is screened by an on-device, multilingual profanity filter before publishing; photos are screened by an on-device sensitivity analyzer.
• Every recipe, photo, comment and user can be reported directly in the app (long-press → Report) or via the report form / impastolab.support@pisz.to.
• Reported content is reviewed and, when it violates these Terms, removed within 24 hours, and the user who posted it is ejected.
• Abusive users are blocked from publishing, rating and commenting.

5. Your content and license to us

You retain full ownership of the recipes, photos and comments you publish. By publishing to the Community, you grant the developer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display and distribute that content within the App, solely for the purpose of operating the Community. The license for a given item ends when you delete it from the Community.

You must only publish content you have the rights to. Do not publish other people's photos or copyrighted recipes presented as your own work.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Dough calculations and fermentation schedules are aids, not guarantees of baking results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

7. Apple as third-party beneficiary

These Terms are concluded between you and the developer, not with Apple Inc. However, Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate Community access for any account that violates these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time; deleting the app's iCloud data and your published content removes your footprint from the service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page. Continued use of the Community after changes means acceptance of the updated Terms.
